‘Suxihuang Julebu’. This place just west of Chaoyang Park packs in a mixed crowd of expats and locals, especially xiaojies (young ladies). Although it’s elegant and stylishly decorated in a 1930s Shanghai theme, it has nevertheless earned a reputation as a pick-up bar.
