Formerly the quintessential rock venue, Arcadia is one of the few bars of note in the southern part of town. Owners Lao P and Xiao P have turned the place into a cosy neighbourhood bar with funky movie posters, American anti-pot propaganda on the walls and a small stage for acoustic performances. Chinese rock bands every Friday and Saturday.
