The Pavillion bar and restaurant was opened in December 2005 by Russell Probert who has been operating retail and food beverage venues in China since 1987. The building was developed on the site of the old guards hut for the sports stadium and stands in the grounds of an Olympic venue. This unique free standing property is set in over 3500 square metres of gardens. Centrally located in Chaoyang district with easy car parking. The Pavillion is the first real gastro pub concept to enter the China market. “A great bar with great food in familiar surroundings”.
The food at The Pavillion is served up by Richard Miller who has over 20years of cheffing experience in Asia and Australia. His food style uses the freshest ingredients available to deliver an international quality experience. To have a closer look at the menu go here.
